Searching the Interface
You can search any part of the call record (Number, Duration, Time, Comments, etc.) on the Interactions tab. To do so, follow these steps:
- Click the Interactions tab.
- Type what you’re looking for in the Search Interactions.
- Press Enter.
All call records matching your search term display.
To search for an employee or department, follow these steps:
- Click the Admin tab.
- Click Organization.
- Enter the information you wish to find in the Search field.
- Press Enter.
