Searching the Interface

You can search any part of the call record (Number, Duration, Time, Comments, etc.) on the Interactions tab. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Interactions tab.
  2. Type what you’re looking for in the Search Interactions.
  1. Press Enter.

All call records matching your search term display.

To search for an employee or department, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Admin tab.
  2. Click Organization.
  3. Enter the information you wish to find in the Search field.
  1. Press Enter.
