IP Address Restrictions
From the Admin tab, you can manage the IP Address Restrictions for your organization. The IP Address Restrictions tab is where you can restrict access to the system to machines using a specific IP address or within an IP address subnet.
For example, using this feature, if you enter an IP address of a group, only that group and their users are able to access the application from that IP address. Therefore, if user’s try to access the application from home, they would not have access because it is not an IP address accepted by the application. Keep in mind that restricting user access to a certain IP address affects all users.
To allow a user access from certain IP addresses:
- From the Admin tab, click IP Address Restriction.
- Enter the IP address to which the users are restricted.
- Click Add.
