Do Not Record
From the Admin tab, you can manage the Do Not Record settings for your organization. The Do Not Record tab is where you can configure certain settings for interactions you do not want recorded. Interactions matching these settings will not retain media. This overrides all other retention settings.
To set up Do Not Record:
- From the Admin tab, click Do Not Record.
- Use the drop-down menu to choose to not record calls to or from a particular number or caller ID.
- From the next drop-down menu choose:
- Starting with
- Ending with
- Enter the number or caller ID.
- Select Add.
- Click Save.
